By purchasing from The Neesh Post, you agree to the following terms.

1. General The Neesh Post is operated by Neesh, based in Brisbane, Australia. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

2. Subscriptions By subscribing to The Neesh Post Print Club, you authorise recurring monthly payments on the date you initially subscribed. You may cancel anytime before your next billing date through your customer account portal. Cancellations take effect from the following billing cycle — we are unable to refund a billing period that has already commenced.

3. All Sales Final All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at theneeshpost@gmail.com within 30 days and we will do our best to resolve it.

4. Commissions Commission requests are subject to availability. A commission is confirmed only once deposit has been received. As all commissions are custom hand-drawn pieces, they are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Shipping The Neesh Post ships via regular untracked post. We are not responsible for items lost or delayed in the mail. However, if your item has not arrived within 2 weeks (Australian) or 4 weeks (international), please contact us at theneeshpost@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual Property All artwork created by The Neesh Post remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchases do not transfer copyright. You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute any artwork without written permission.
