Monthly Subscription Your monthly subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You may cancel at any time through your customer account portal before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect from the following billing cycle. We are unable to provide refunds for a billing period that has already commenced or been charged.
6 Month Subscription Your 6 month subscription is a one-time payment covering 6 consecutive months of The Neesh Post. It does not automatically renew. No cancellation is required — your subscription will simply end after your 6th letter. As this is a fixed-term prepaid subscription, it is non-refundable once purchased.
12 Month Subscription Your 12 month subscription is a one-time payment covering 12 consecutive months of The Neesh Post. It does not automatically renew. No cancellation is required — your subscription will simply end after your 12th letter. As this is a fixed-term prepaid subscription, it is non-refundable once purchased.
How to Cancel Your Monthly Subscription
- Log in to your account at theneeshshop.com/account
- Navigate to the subscription management portal
- Select your active subscription and choose "Cancel" You can also email theneeshpost@gmail.com for assistance with cancellations.
Important Notes
- Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month
- We are unable to cancel a subscription retroactively
- If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to receive your letter for the current paid period
