When will my letter be shipped? Letters ship around the 25th of each month. To receive that month's letter, please subscribe before the 20th. If you sign up after the 20th your first letter will ship the following month.
When will I receive my letter? The Neesh Post is sent via regular untracked post. Australian subscribers generally receive their letter within 1 week of shipping. International subscribers can expect delivery within 1-3 weeks. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of the shipping date please get in touch at theneeshpost@gmail.com.
Can I track my letter? Letters are sent via regular untracked post to keep costs down and shipping included in your subscription price. If you're concerned about your letter please reach out and I'll do my best to help!
When will I be billed?
When you sign up, you'll be charged straight away for your first letter. Your subscription will then renew on the 20th of each month.
Here's how your first renewal works depending on when you sign up:
- Sign up on the 1st–20th → Your next charge will be on the 20th of the following month. For example, sign up on April 10th, next charge is May 20th.
- Sign up on the 21st–31st → Because the 20th is too close, your next charge will be skipped to give you more time. For example, sign up on April 25th, next charge will be June 20th instead of May 20th.
After your first renewal, you'll simply be charged on the 20th of every month going forward.
How do I update my address or payment details? You can update your address, payment details, and pause or cancel your subscription anytime through your customer portal under your account. Need help? Reach out at theneeshpost@gmail.com.
I made a mistake with my address! Don't stress! Email me at theneeshpost@gmail.com as soon as possible and I'll get it updated before your letter goes out.
My letter hasn't arrived after 4 weeks - what do I do? Please get in touch at theneeshpost@gmail.com within 2 months of the shipping date and I'll resend your letter. Unfortunately I'm unable to reship letters if contacted after 2 months.
